I've done a bit of homework regarding our friends from the
north and I find that since 2009 we've have reported over 90 sightings of these
shy thrushes, split 34:56 between spring and autumn. This year's haul of 6 has helped readjust the
balance skewed heavily in favour of autumn returning birds.
