For methods see previous posts on Noc. Mig. Since spring 2024 I have been using Chirpity - https://chirpity.mattkirkland.co.uk/ to run through the recordings and flag interesting snippets which I then analyse further via BirdNET etc and get expert approval for the species assigned, usually via the Noc Mig WhatsApp group. Chirpity is excellent software, easy to use and modify to your local needs, saves an enormous amount of time (and repetitive strain) and advice is always available from Matt Kirkland if needed.
